    while i booked a ticket twice through irctc in my laptop…. it get shutdown. After i log in i get to know my amount was debited and ticket was not booked.Will I get my money refund from IRCTC for a failed transaction?

      Money for failed transaction will get refunded,you can also connect with IRCTC support on their Customer Care No. : 011-39340000, 011-23340000 (language : Hindi and English)

    I had booked ticked today for janmabhoomi in tatkal for tomorrow.It shows as ckwl after ticket payment is done…So if my ticket is not confirmed I will get refund or not

    Y’day , had booked a ticket from Mangalore to Cochin and due to unavailability of seats ticket status showed as not booked but transaction status as settled and debited INR 2020 in my account. So please what should I do get it re-reimbursed this amount. Transaction id is 100000xxxx1xxx

    sir.i krishna added money in irctc ewallet amount is 1000 rs but irctc transcation failed on 6-06-17but money was deducted from my account hdfc bank.so please give reply to me.iam not able to connect coustmer care also.from three days.
